It's been a while.......

Totally forgot all about this wee blog I had going here...... Too much work and Too much partying. And a fair chunk of baking thrown in for good measure. All in all, fun times.

There ain't that much to tell sadly, not yet anyways. I had said in my last post that by this point I hoped to be in the process of/have started my own online business...... that has not happened. BUT all is not lost, I am still trying to squeeze in as much baking as I can do, plus I get to eat it. So I'm pretty set at the moment. Hopefully in the next few months I will have a few more exciting photos and something more to say but for this one.... I'm afraid it is just cakes!

Parsnip Cake with a Disaronno Cream Cheese icing! Alcohol in Cakes is ALWAYS good. Pretty much perfect for Miss Culbertson.

Raspberry Marshmallows, then some dipped in White Chocolate. Best Compliment - they taste very Marshmallow-y.

White Chocolate and Passion Fruit Tart

I made my own Passion Fruit Curd...... it was very exciting. No, really, it was!!
