So..... I might have forgotten about this..... again.

Worst. Blogger. Ever. Nearly 4 whole months of absolutely nothing. Zero. Ziltch.
I have ended up back here after a wee visit from a chum from the States who mentioned about a website for my cakes and such. So here I am. Back talking gibberish and filling up yo' screens with pictures of cakes you may or may not have seen before..... but I am still hoping nonetheless that you enjoy it!

Mint Chocolate Dollar Cupcakes
Just a few wee Mint Chocolate ones for an accountant...... I feel that kinda explains that random Dollar sign!

Baileys and Coffee Brownie
First experiment with Gluten Free Flour..... Baileys Brownie with Coffee Cream Cheese. YUM.

A Leisurely afternoon baking and sipping Prosecco
Lemon Meringue Cupcakes...... we got to use a blowtorch! Fun. And scary.

Valentines Day Empire Biscuits
I definitely tried to make these look like they had been made by a five year old on purpose!

Crushed Oreo and Baileys Pavlova

Easter Rocky Road
Best substitute for an Easter Egg. Ever. Mini Eggs. Home made Marshmallows. Creme Eggs and loads of chocolate.

Lemon and Passionfruit Cheesecake

Viennese Whirls
My Favourite biscuits in the world. They taste even better with home made jam!!

Happy Birthday!!
This was a bit of a jumble of a cake.... but apparently it tasted good. Phew.

Rhubarb and White Chocolate Cheesecake
It is so pink!??! ..... And tasty.

Chocolate Birthday Cake

Happy Second Birthday Brewdog!!
Orange and White Chocolate Cake with Crumbled up Rum Brownies in the Middle.

Another Afternoon of Baking, Prosecco and Loud 80s Music.

This time we made Chocolate and Salted Caramel!

Beer Cake!!!!
I love Tempest Brewery. So their Double Cresta went into this Chocolate cupcake with Salted Caramel icing.

Chocolate, Amaretto and Diam Bar
Yum. Yum. I could eat Diam Bars all day.

So. I think that is about all for now. Exciting news is I have been asked to bake a Beer Birthday Cake for the lovely folks at my work, Holyrood 9a, so plenty fun experimenting to come!
I. Am. Excited.
